Project Title: “Targeting liver-to-colon inflammatory axis: a novel strategy to limit diet-triggered Inflammatory Bowel Disease development”

Educational Qualifications:

First Class Post Graduate Degree, including integrated PG degrees.

Second Class Post Graduate Degree (including integrated PG) with PhD.

For Engineering/IT/CS: First Class Graduate Degree of four years.
Desirable Qualifications:
Preference will be given to candidates with a first-class PhD and hands-on experience in:

Cell biology (bacterial and mammalian cell culture)

Mouse model handling and organ harvesting

Molecular biology techniques
Job Description:
The PRS-I will be responsible for:

Cell culture maintenance
-
AAV virus production and quantification
-
In vivo gene silencing using mouse models
-
qPCR and Western blotting
-
Data documentation and lab record maintenance
Emoluments:
Rs. 56,000/- per month + 30% HRA (as per funding agency norms)General Terms & Conditions:

Contract duration: One year or until the project ends
