NIFTEM Recruitment 2025: Young Professional & Executive Roles Open Now
The National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management (NIFTEM), under the Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Government of India, has released a recruitment notification for contractual posts under the PMFME scheme. Two notable positions are open: Young Professional and Professional Executive.
Position 1: Young Professional

Salary: ₹60,000/month

Qualification: M.Sc./M.Tech in Food Technology or Food Engineering from reputed national/international institutions

Age Limit: 32 years (maximum)

Experience: Minimum of 1 year

Key Responsibilities:
-
Support the Lead Project Manager in coordination and knowledge management.

Provide expertise in food technology, agribusiness, rural development, data analysis, and project implementation.

Assist in daily PMU tasks like report writing, data synthesis, and presentations.

Position 2: Professional Executive

Salary: ₹45,000/month

Qualification: B.Sc./B.Tech in Food Science, Food Technology

Age Limit: 32 years (maximum)

Key Responsibilities:

Primarily based in the North-Eastern region.

Assist with project implementation, coordination, and data analysis.

Support report preparation, presentations, and daily PMU operations.
