| Age Limit | Max 35 years (relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/Women/Differently-abled as per GoI norms) |
Job Responsibilities

Develop training materials and SOPs for food fortification

Conduct training for food businesses, lab professionals, and auditors

Create IEC and awareness content on food fortification

Coordinate with stakeholders and government departments

Conduct research and write reports, newsletters, and proposals

Improve quality of Fortified Rice Kernels and other products

Develop recipes using fortified food ingredients

Represent the project at state, central, and donor-level meetings
