Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the production/Manufacturing teams to achieve production targets as per the production plan.
- Contribute to improving manufacturing processes through solution-based ideation for continuous improvements using Danaher Business System (DBS) tools such as Kaizen, PSP, and 4E.
- Maintain workflow by monitoring process steps, observing equipment and personnel, and developing reporting procedures to ensure success in meeting Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IVD manufacturing/testing or a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a Life science-related field.
