Life Sciences Job at ClinChoice – Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls for Adverse Events (AEs), Product Complaints (PCs), and Medical Inquiries (MIs).
- Process both spontaneous and solicited safety reports, including medication errors, legal complaints, and special case scenarios.
- Respond to web-based medical inquiries from healthcare professionals and consumers within defined timelines.
- Follow up with patients, HCPs, and consumers to clarify safety data or product concerns as per client SOPs.
- Prepare follow-up letters and AEM forms for review.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors and document all call-related information per SOPs.
- Manage customer feedback and route calls to relevant teams.
- Maintain accurate call logs, reports, and communication records.
Life Sciences Job at ClinChoice – Candidate Profile
- Education: B. Pharm / M. Pharm / Life Sciences graduate
- Experience: 1–2 years in a UK/US medical call center or pharmacovigilance role
- Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficient with MS Office and data entry tools
- Strong listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations professionally
- Familiarity with call center protocols and documentation practices
