About the Role:
Biosphere CRO is actively hiring Clinical Research Associates (CRA) to join our growing team in Thane. This is an exciting opportunity for passionate professionals in clinical research to work on pivotal Phase II, III, and IV clinical trials across diverse therapeutic areas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct, monitor, and manage clinical trials (Phase II–IV) as per protocol.
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare, review, and maintain essential clinical trial documents and reports.
• Work closely with investigators, sponsors, and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain data accuracy, resolve queries, and ensure patient safety and ethical standards throughout the trial process.
Qualifications:
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Clinical Trials (Phase II–IV).
• Educational background in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm) or Life Sciences (M.Sc or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of clinical trial regulations and ethical standards.
