Summary:
Fermenta Biotech Limited is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Junior Executive / Executive to join the Biotech Division. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in both upstream and downstream processes, focusing on fermentation and shift process management. This role is crucial for the production of top-quality pharmaceutical APIs, requiring knowledge of
cGMP standards, documentation practices, and sterilization processes. The successful candidate will contribute significantly to the production team and ensure the smooth operation of biotech manufacturing processes.Roles & Responsibilities for Junior Executive Biotech Job:
- Upstream and Downstream Process Handling: Manage and monitor fermentation and purification processes.
- Fermentation Expertise: Operate fermentation systems and ensure optimal conditions.
- Dry Heat Sterilization: Perform sterilization procedures as per SOPs.
- Critical Shift Process Management: Oversee operations during critical shifts.
- Compliance with cGMP & Documentation: Ensure activities adhere to cGMP standards and maintain necessary documentation.
- Troubleshooting & Process Optimization: Analyze and improve production processes.
