Jhpiego’s Program Officer Position – Key Responsibilities
- Assist the National Program Officer with rolling out ANC (Antenatal Care) strengthening initiatives
- Coordinate field support at district and facility levels
- Organize virtual/in-person trainings, workshops, and coaching
- Monitor data through e-Sansadhan and provide actionable insights
- Conduct literature reviews and assist with technical documentation
- Analyze partnership data to identify opportunities and recommend strategies
- Develop engaging reports, visualizations, and presentations for stakeholders
- Foster multi-sectoral engagement and enhance trust-based collaborations
Jhpiego’s Program Officer Position – Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, AYUSH, Pharma, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or Physiotherapy
- Master’s in Public Health (MPH) preferred
- 0–3 years of experience in public health programs, data analysis, or partnerships
- Prior experience with NGOs, UN bodies, or government programs preferred
- Familiarity with India’s public health systems and strategies (e.g., NRHM)
Preferred Skills
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Data visualization and report development experience
- Knowledge of maternal health practices and system-level interventions
- Ability to communicate technical data to non-technical audiences
