Roles & Responsibilities:

Monitor product quality across RM (Raw Material), PM (Packaging Material), and FG (Finished Goods)

Ensure cleaning and hygiene in processing and plant areas

Maintain GMP & 5S standards
-
Implement food safety and quality systems (HACCP & FSMS)
-
Monitor CCP/OPRP/PRP, handle consumer complaints
-
Conduct chemical and sensory analysis of materials
-
Provide shop floor training and monitor pest control
-
Update QA documentation and SOPs regularly
Key Skills:
-
Knowledge of HACCP, FSMS, and QMS
-
Complaint handling, root cause analysis, and problem-solving tools

Understanding of microbiology and chemical analysis

Familiarity with GMP, sanitation, and pest control procedures

Strong organization, discipline, and communication skills

Proficiency in English and local language
