Job Role
Responsibilities

End-to-end patient engagement in the designated therapy area

Counseling patients for better health outcomes as Field Patient Care

Handling adverse events/market complaints as per SOP
-
Maintaining patient adherence and compliance
-
Supporting patients with therapy-related guidance
-
Updating patient data in the CRM as per brand requirements
-
Responding to patient FAQs and handling queries
-
Coordinating with stakeholders for patient support as Field Patient Care
-
Role involves field travel and may require relocation
Operational Duties

Build rapport with physicians
-
Capture Adverse Drug Reactions in pre-defined templates
-
Participate in internal and client review calls
-
Submit reports to managers on schedule as Field Patient Care

Undergo regular training and performance feedback

Adapt to ad-hoc travel requirements

Work on patient queries via email and calls
-
Ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence
Required Qualifications
-
1 to 8 years of experience in patient counseling
-
Education: Pharma, BSc, or any Life Science degree

Proficient in MS Office as Field Patient Care

Strong communication in English and local language
-
Knowledge of pharma products and healthcare ecosystem

Problem-solving and interpersonal skills

Understanding of counseling techniques
