Roles and Responsibilities
• To own YBL Vision and Values.
• Instrument handling experience / theoretical experience such as CLIA, ECLIA, HPLC, Densitometry.
• Knowledge of bio-analytical techniques such as ELISA, SDS AGE, Western Blot, CIE, Turbilatex, Real Time PCR etc.
• Working Knowledge of documentation SOPs and quality management systems
• Maintain QMS as per ISO13485: 2016 and ISO 9001:2015 standards
• On time planning and release of product, In process material and Raw material
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure optimal performance
• Work collaboratively, negotiate and engage with key stakeholders to facilitate delivery and compliance with the Quality Control strategy
• On time release of Raw material, Intermediate, Bulk and Finish Product.
• Acts as a peer reviewer / mentor for the work of others.
• Give direction to team and lead from front.
• Always give due regards to Vision & Mission, ethics and culture of our company.
• Create conducive environment for personnel and professional growth of each and every team member with succession plan and desired skill matrix required for the same.
• Any other activities related to smooth functioning of YBL.
Qualifications and Educational Requirement
• Should have Master’s degree in Analytical Chemistry/ Biochemistry/Biotechnology with 0-5 years of experience in Quality Control.
• Age will not be constraint in deserving cases.

Desired Expectations
• Release COAs as per TAT
• On time Planning and Reviewing of verification & validation new products as per specifications submitted by R&D
• Conduct product and process quality checks following established work instructions and sampling plans, and ensure that all products and processes meet the standards, Customer quality requirements, and regulatory requirements and regulatory requisites.
• Should work as informed voice as customers’ representative in our premises.
• Demonstrates a detailed working knowledge and experience of all relevant regulations in one or more areas of regulatory activity within the organization.
• Ensure compliance to Current Good Manufacturing Practices ISO and other regulatory requirements
• Good communications skills (written and oral) and good listener, quick learner.
