Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinators to join our clinical operations team in Varanasi. Whether you’re a fresher or have up to 2 years of experience, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to real-world research that shapes the future of medicine.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate day-to-day activities of clinical trials as per ICH-GCP and regulatory guidelines.
• Support investigators and ensure adherence to protocol requirements.
• Manage patient recruitment, screening, and informed consent processes.
• Maintain study documents including regulatory binders and case report forms.
• Liaise with sponsors, CROs, and monitoring teams.
• Assist during monitoring visits, audits, and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Skills Required:
• Understanding of clinical trial workflows and GCP principles
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under supervision
Interview Process:
• Round 1: Telephonic/Virtual Interview
• Round 2: Final In-Person Interview at Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh
Note:
We are currently hiring candidates only from Varanasi, Jodhpur, and nearby locations.
Salary will be decided based on academic background and practical exposure.
