Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join our clinical team. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful healthcare innovation and gain hands-on experience in clinical research and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing clinical trial documents such as protocols, informed consent forms, and study reports
• Support ethics committee documentation and regulatory submissions
• Participate in study site setup, initiation, monitoring, and close-out activities
• Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with protocols
• Summarize and interpret data from multiple sources
• Support preparation of pharmacovigilance and medical writing materials

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biostatistics, or a related field
• 0–1 year of relevant experience in pharma, CRO, or medical devices preferred
• Basic understanding of clinical study documents and statistical methods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn
