Position: Collection and Data Management Specialist

Location: Vapi, Gujarat, India
Interview Mode: Zoom (Online)
CTC: ₹2 – ₹3 LPA (For Freshers)
Experience: 0 – 2 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and manage data sets for various AI and clinical research projects.
- Ensure data quality and accuracy through cleansing, validation, and standardization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Clinical, AI, R&D) to define data requirements.
- Develop and maintain robust data management procedures and best practices.
- Draft and execute a comprehensive Data Management Plan (DMP) for clinical trials.
- Ensure compliance with FDA, ICH-GCP, and other applicable regulatory standards.
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, support insights, and generate reports/presentations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all data management activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in data collection and management.
- Strong analytical mindset and excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis software/tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or statistical tools).
- Good communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills.
- Willingness to travel for project or data collection requirements.
