Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Head to lead our QA team and ensure compliance with the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will come from a chemical, production, or manufacturing background and bring strong leadership skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute research trials for product development and optimization
• Develop and validate formulations in:
• Biofertilizers, Biopesticides, Biostimulants
• Veterinary & Fishery Products
• Home & Personal Care Products
• Conduct isolation, extraction, and characterization of natural compounds
• Identify beneficial microbes using microbiological techniques
• Formulate and evaluate product prototypes for stability and performance
• Conduct lab and field testing for efficacy and toxicology
• Improve existing herbal products through continuous research and innovation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for scale-up and tech transfer
• Maintain scientific documentation, SOPs, and product specifications
• Support GMP-compliant production and regulatory/patent documentation
• Stay updated on trends, ingredients, and innovations in Biotech & Agri-tech
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Ph.D. in Microbiology or Biochemistry, MSc, BSc
• 1–3 years of R&D experience (industry/academic) or freshers with strong research publications
• Knowledge of natural product chemistry, microbial identification, and formulation development (e.g., biofertilizers, biopesticides)
