Job Title: Regional HSE Executive (Food Safety)
Location: New Delhi, India
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage HACCP-based food safety plans

Ensure compliance with local food laws, ISO 22000, and EMS standards

Conduct food safety, quality, and OH&S audits at regional sites

Deliver training presentations to operational teams and contract managers

Report and investigate all food safety and OH&S-related incidents

Ensure corrective actions are taken and documented
-
Collaborate with vendors and the procurement team on raw material deviations
-
Submit monthly reports on SEQ activities to the Head Office

Maintain food safety records, certifications, and audit documentation
-
Lead continuous improvement initiatives for QHSE performance

Work alongside the regional team to enhance Sodexo’s overall safety culture
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Food Technology or Applied Sciences
-
Certified Lead Auditor in HACCP, ISO 9001/22000
-
Experience in the food or beverage industry
-
Comfortable with frequent travel within the North Region
