Content Specialist Job at GHX – Role Summary:
GHX seeks a detail-oriented content specialist to join its data operations team in Hyderabad. This role focuses on customer data cleansing activities that ensure enriched, accurate, and complete data for medical-surgical devices and supplies. You will be instrumental in supporting GHX’s global mission to optimize healthcare business processes.
Content Specialist Job at GHX – Key Responsibilities:
- Enrich and validate transactional healthcare data following standardized protocols.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of enriched data to customers.
- Collaborate with the Product Operations Manager to meet operational goals.
- Contribute to developing procedures to improve content operations and data quality.
Skills & Abilities:
- Background in healthcare, life sciences, or medical technology.
- Strong understanding of medical device terminology and functionality.
- Experience handling data from various sources, especially for medical equipment.
- High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written English and comprehension.
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SQL and UNSPSC codes is a plus.
- Supply chain knowledge and project management skills are desirable.
Content Specialist Job at GHX – Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems or a healthcare-related discipline (e.g., biotechnology, biomedical engineering, or medical electronics).
- At least 1 year of experience in Data Quality Assurance, Data Management, or a clinical/medical purchasing environment.
