About Company:
IQVIA, a global leader in clinical research services and healthcare intelligence, is hiring a Clinical Data Specialist in Bengaluru. This full-time hybrid role offers the opportunity to manage data for multiple clinical trials, ensuring high-quality and compliant data management aligned with client and regulatory requirements.
Purpose
As a Clinical Data Specialist, you will oversee data management activities to provide accurate, high-quality clinical data. You will ensure data is processed and tracked according to regulatory standards and project needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main data management contact for 5 to 10 clinical studies or lead specific data management tasks.

Manage project timelines, resources, and quality throughout the full eCOA data management lifecycle.

Perform comprehensive data reviews, resolve data clarifications, and assist in database design.

Implement quality control procedures and independently contribute solutions to the eCOA team.

Collaborate with operations and study teams to improve processes and resolve issues.

Ensure compliance with core procedures and meet assigned objectives.
Required Skills and Knowledge:

Strong understanding of clinical drug development and data management processes.

Knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, anatomy, and physiology.

Excellent organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.

Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment.

Effective relationship-building skills with coworkers, management, and clients.
Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in clinical, biological, or mathematical sciences, or nursing.

2-4 years of clinical trials experience in data management or a related function.

Experience in managing clinical data lifecycle and quality standards is preferred.
Physical Requirements:

Extensive use of telephone and face-to-face communication.

Prolonged keyboard use and sitting for extended periods.
