BTech Biotechnology Job at Syngene – Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure EHSS compliance and quality adherence in all work activities.
- Support training and on-the-job skill development activities.
- Prepare, revise, and review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Packing and Dispatch Records (PDR), and SOPs.
- Participate in GAP assessments, deviation investigations, CAPA, and change control processes.
- Support technology transfer, scale-up activities, and shop floor documentation.
- Conduct material risk assessments and base document preparation for specifications.
- Analyze process data, troubleshoot process deviations, and author technical reports.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for successful process execution and documentation.
BTech Biotechnology Job at Syngene – Required Qualifications:
- Education: B. Tech in Biotechnology
- Excellent understanding of upstream bioprocesses and cGMP practices
- Strong documentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
