Dr. Girisha Verma – Service Provider, Senior Director, R&D Business Systems Owner at Daiichi Sankyo
Dr. Girisha Verma is a seasoned Project Manager and Product Owner with over 6 years of experience in Healthcare and Life Sciences IT. Currently serving as Senior Director – R&D Business Systems Owner at Daiichi Sankyo, she specializes in Agile project delivery, stakeholder management, and business system integration. She has led key projects like GOSTAR, TPD, and GOBIOM, overseeing everything from requirement gathering and sprint planning to testing and user training. With strong expertise in JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Figma, Dr. Verma bridges scientific strategy with digital innovation to drive impactful results in the life sciences domain.
Dr. Neeraj Kumar – Computational Biologist & Bioinformatics Scientist at Biotecnika
Dr. Neeraj Kumar is a computational biologist and bioinformatician with deep expertise in AI-driven drug discovery, cheminformatics, and structural bioinformatics. He holds a Ph.D. from CSIR-IHBT & AcSIR, with research focused on machine learning for virtual screening and drug repositioning. A former postdoctoral researcher at Penn State University, he has worked on immunoglobulin analysis and advanced molecular modeling tools like AlphaFold and GROMACS. His work is published in top journals and supports innovation in HIV drug discovery and AI-guided pipelines. He currently contributes to the BioIT department at BioTecNika.
Ms. Snigdha Tiwari – Academic Support Specialist, (BIO-IT and Clinical Research), Biotecnika
Ms. Snigdha Tiwari, Senior Research Fellow from IIT Roorkee, brings over 5 years of experience in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, and Telemedicine System Design. She has led impactful research in protein-ligand interactions, molecular docking, and clinical data analysis. Notably, she developed the UTSARJAN App in collaboration with AIIMS Delhi for pediatric nephrotic syndrome research. Currently pursuing her PhD in Computational Biology, she also serves as an Academic Support Specialist in BIO-IT and Clinical Research at BioTecNika, combining strong scientific expertise with a passion for healthcare innovation.
