Job Summary:
Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories is hiring a Bio Assay Team Member for its Visakhapatnam
facility under the Quality Control division. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in analytical and microbiological techniques with at least two years of experience in a cGMP setup.Roles & Responsibilities:

Perform testing of commercial and stability batch samples within the defined turnaround time (TAT).

Prepare reagents and buffers for analysis and maintain assigned equipment.

Maintain adherence to Good Documentation Practices and regulatory standards.

Participate in investigations, lab discrepancy closures, and audits.

Train new team members in analytical techniques and instrument troubleshooting.

Maintain laboratory hygiene, label chemicals, and manage sample storage.
Qualifications:

Education: M.Sc., M.Tech, or B.Tech in Microbiology, Biochemistry, or Biotechnology.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a cGMP environment.
Technical Skills:

Strong command of HPLC techniques: Size Exclusion, Ion Exchange, Reverse Phase, Peptide Mapping.

Skilled in biochemical techniques: ELISA, Electrophoresis, PCR.
