Walking Interview at Zydus Research Centre on 25th May, 2025 (Sunday at 09.00 am to 04.00 pm)

Upstream Process (R & D):

Education:

  • M. Sc/M. Tech/Ph. D (Microbiology/Biochemistry/Biotechnology)
  • 3 to 10 years of hands-on experience in upstream operations like handling mammalian cell culture process and microbial fermentation. Handling equipment such as Bioreactors, CEDEX Bioanalyzer, etc.
  • Capable of performing activities such as handling of mammalian cell lines, cell bank preparation, media scouting and process optimization at shake flasks, small-scale bioreactors and pilot scale bioreactors to improve yields & product quality. Good Documentation skills like SOP, STP etc.

Upstream Process (Manufacturing):

Education:

  • M.Sc. / B. Tech / M. Tech in Biotechnology
  • 5 – 10 Years Shift In-charge Experience of working in the fermentation department with a minimum of 2 years of experience of working in mammalian culture. The person should have handled SS bioreactor/ fermenter having a capacity of 500 L or more. To supervise all the upstream process operations in 3 shifts, in stream – I and stream-II.

Downstream Process (Manufacturing):

Education:

  • M.Sc. / B. Tech / M. Tech in Biotechnology
  • 5 – 10 Years Shift In-charge Experience in working in the purification department with a minimum of 2 years of experience in working on mammalian culture products. The person should have handled the chromatography system (capacity: Minimum 600-L / h or more), Column (Capacity: 600 mm or more diameter), and Automated TFF system.
  • To supervise all the downstream process operations in stream I as well stream II.

Downstream and Purification (Classical Fermentation):

Education:

  • M.Sc. / B. Tech / M. Tech in Biotechnology
  • 3 to 7 Years experience in readiness and operation of DSP equipment’s (Reactors, Centrifuges, Press Filter, ANF, Nano filtration, VTD, Isolator, Prep HPLC, Lyophilizer), associated vessels and utilities.
  • Monitoring of all activities related to DSP Process like: Batch harvesting, Extraction, Filtration, Chromatography, Distillation, Crystallization, Prep purification, Lyophilization, drying, stability, etc. Manufacturing process monitoring and continuous process verification. Identification of manufacturing process improvement opportunities and implementation of process improvements

Analytical (Classical Fermentation):

Education:

  • M.Sc. / B. Tech / M. Tech in Biotechnology
  • 3 to 7 Years experience in Readiness and operation of Analytical instruments in Pilot Plant.
  • Analysis and Monitoring of all activities related to Raw material and packing material, Upstream (USP) and downstream (DSP) samples, Crude and final API as per approved Spec & STP. Manufacturing process analysis and continuous process verification.
  • Involve in discrepancy management (deviation/OOS investigation) and change management.

    my cv will speak out my knowledge competencies on biotech and engineering. since 1980 the project ” BIOTECH AND ENGINEERING”.at that material time I was appointed as faculty for teaching bio-technology and engineering ,specifically microbiology and chemical unit operation
    I was competent on both areas of the important mentioned subjects areas of the SDST(Dept. of Science Technology-Delhi) approached biotechnology educations expansions in IIT(s) B.Tech and M.Tech and Ph.D.(s).I observed that the real meaning of the biotechnology and Engineering was not properly used, because most of the students were biologists, medical science and or pharmacy. My knowledge was intentionally stopped and or suppressed to explore. One Professor HOBOM in support of Professor HERTEL(Dean) violated the Hon’ble Freiburg Court order, the process is still pending in Hon’ble Howrah Court since as the sabotage Lakeshore Taiba groups are existing among political, legal, academic environment in India and among states .Mirjaphor attitude among Indian nation will never end is in our immune system/ in blood
