Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Shahjahanpur for a Tissue Culture Executive. The Tissue Culture Executive will be responsible for performing tissue culture processes, maintaining lab equipment, conducting research, and ensuring the quality and health of cultured tissues. The role also involves documenting procedures, analyzing data, and adhering to safety and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Experience in tissue culture processes and techniques
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology/M.Sc. Botany/ M.Sc. Microbiology (freshers and 2-3 years of experience are most preferred)
- Knowledge of laboratory equipment maintenance and safety protocols
- Research and analytical skills
- Good documentation and data analysis skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities:

Execute plant tissue culture processes including explant sterilization, media preparation, and multiplication.

Monitor and maintain the aseptic environment in the culture lab.

Perform regular quality checks on cultured tissues and detect microbial contamination.

Maintain accurate documentation of lab protocols, culture growth, and experimental observations.

Collaborate with the R&D team to optimize protocols and enhance success rates.

Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment as per SOPs.

Adhere to laboratory safety, hygiene, and waste disposal guidelines.
