Job Purpose:
Looking for a highly innovative, enthusiastic, and result-oriented individual to lead a team of scientists in the Assay Development Group, managing activities while complying with quality and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scientifically lead client FTE projects and communicate effectively with customers
- Manage a team of Scientists with goal setting, performance evaluation, and feedback
- Develop new assays, troubleshoot, analyze data, and present findings
- Active participation in strategic drives and safety initiatives
- Review reports, protocols, and ensure data integrity
- Plan and execute sample analysis for studies
- Present technical data in meetings
Educational Qualification:
Ph.D or Masters in Biological sciences or related field
Technical/Functional Skills:
- Expertise in Immunology/immune oncology and drug discovery
- Experience with cell-based assays, flow cytometry, ELISA, and more
- Knowledge in regulatory guidelines and statistical data analysis
Behavioral Skills:
- Manage team professionally and coach junior scientists
- Effective communication skills with high transparency
- Work well in a team and accomplish impactful results
