Job Purpose and Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Scientist at Syngene, you will utilize your expertise in in-vitro/ex-vivo biochemical assays, cell culture, molecular biology, assay development, data analysis, and more to support innovative research initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting in-vitro/ex-vivo biochemical assays
- Performing cell culture and primary cell isolation
- Developing assays and troubleshooting
- Interpreting and presenting data
Educational Qualification
M.S / M.Pharm / M.Tech / M.Sc (Biological sciences)
Technical/Functional Skills
- Expertise in cell culture, cell-based assays, and primary cell isolation
- Proficiency in ELISA, Western blot, and other relevant assays
- Experience in target validation and biology assessment
- Ability to introduce new techniques for evaluating therapeutic tools
Experience
2-8 years in drug research or relevant research area.
Behavioral Skills
Good communication, presentation, and teamwork abilities. Must be diligent, honest, and accountable in their work.
