Job Description

Work on Salesforce effectiveness projects like field force sizing, targeting, alignment, call planning, incentive compensation (IC), dashboard reporting for pharma clients, test & control analysis, and MMX for Senior Associate.

Develop SQL queries based on business rules and create Tableau dashboards based on defined KPIs.

Understand pharma commercial datasets like patient claims data, Rx, SP, SD, call activity, internal CRM data, etc., and triangulate data from multiple sources to drive commercial effectiveness.

Collaborate with the onshore team/client for day-to-day project activities and guide the team, delegate tasks, and take accountability for end-to-end engagement management.

Maintain process assets (SOPs, checklists, BRDs, process maps, etc.) and establish best practices.

Facilitate data-enabled decision-making for clients by providing and communicating insights and recommendations based on qualitative and quantitative analytics for Senior Associate.

Understand business requirements, operating business rules, data, and underlying processes to communicate results to clients.

Coach and mentor junior team members for higher responsibilities.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

MBA / B Pharma / M Pharma / Master’s degree in Life Sciences or

B Tech / BE / M Tech / ME in Engineering preferred for Senior Associate.

3–5 years of relevant work experience in Salesforce effectiveness, IC analytics, dashboard reporting, targeting & segmentation, test & control analysis, or MMX.

Strong knowledge of Tableau, SQL, and Excel.

Mandatory working experience with life sciences clients.

Strong oral and written communication with storyboarding skills as Senior Associate.

Strong learning ability and analytical mindset.

Flexibility in approach and availability to cater to client needs.

Working policy: Hybrid model (3 days a week from the office).

Location: Based in either Pune or Bengaluru.
