Your Role:
- Lead the strategic development and implementation of product category taxonomies to ensure the efficient and logical organization of our extensive product catalog.
- Establish and maintain robust and effective taxonomy structures that significantly enhance product categorization and searchability for our customers.
- Collaborate closely with various stakeholders across the organization to guarantee the availability of high-quality and trusted product data.
- Proactively monitor and rigorously evaluate product data quality, identifying areas for improvement and driving necessary corrective actions.
Who Are You:
- Possess 2+ years of demonstrable experience in Scientific Taxonomy or Ontology.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Materials Science, Data Science, or a related scientific discipline.
- Have proven experience working with Product Information Management (PIM) systems and digital marketing principles.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of data management best practices and principles.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hold a Master’s Degree in a relevant scientific field.
- Possess prior experience working with scientific products and a solid understanding of database management concepts.
- Exhibit a demonstrable ability to implement and execute information architecture strategies effectively.
