Role Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and support to the Pharma Solutions production and product activities.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize outcomes and maintain quality standards.
- Contribute to the Quality Management Systems and related processes.
- Conduct quality checks and content validation as required.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Life Sciences/Pharmacy/Medicine
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical leadership/management roles
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to think critically and make decisions to meet organizational goals
Eligibility Criteria for Scientific & Medical Writer Job:
Internal career movement guidance requires 12 months in the current role before applying to a new position.
