Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reviewer Selection Editor located in Chennai, Noida/Dehradun. The Reviewer Selection Editor will be responsible for identifying and selecting appropriate reviewers for submissions, managing reviewer databases, coordinating communication between reviewers and authors, and ensuring timely reviews. Additional tasks include maintaining records of reviewer performance, providing feedback to improve review processes, and collaborating with other editorial team members to meet publication deadlines.

Qualifications

• Postgraduation in Lifesciences, Biosciences, Physical sciences, Humanities and Social Sciences
• Experience in editorial tasks and reviewer selection is a plus
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with digital publishing platforms and databases
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and editorial software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities

• Select suitable reviewers for manuscript submissions
