Job Description

Scope of Work:

  • Geographical Reach: Middle East and Africa
  • Languages: English, Arabic

General Summary: This position manages regulatory affairs related to the company’s plant

biosolutions products in the Middle East and Africa regions.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Define regulatory requirements for fertilizers, biostimulants, and microbial-based pesticides

  • Prepare and submit registration dossiers, obtain licenses, and import permits

  • Liaise with government agencies and trade associations to shape regulatory pathways

  • Ensure compliance with product labels, marketing material, and formulations

  • Maintain data and workflows through Veeva, SharePoint, and internal systems

  • Respond to customer and internal queries related to product certification and legality

  • Track and communicate regulatory changes to internal stakeholders

  • Provide regulatory support for product development and compliance

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biology, Plant Pathology, or similar

  • 2–4 years of experience in a regulatory role

  • Fluency in English and Arabic (other regional languages are a plus)

  • Understanding of pesticide and fertilizer laws in MEA countries

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Willingness to travel up to 20% internationally
