Job Description
Scope of Work:
- Geographical Reach: Middle East and Africa
- Languages: English, Arabic
General Summary: This position manages regulatory affairs related to the company’s plant
biosolutions products in the Middle East and Africa regions.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Define regulatory requirements for fertilizers, biostimulants, and microbial-based pesticides

Prepare and submit registration dossiers, obtain licenses, and import permits

Liaise with government agencies and trade associations to shape regulatory pathways
-
Ensure compliance with product labels, marketing material, and formulations
-
Maintain data and workflows through Veeva, SharePoint, and internal systems
-
Respond to customer and internal queries related to product certification and legality
-
Track and communicate regulatory changes to internal stakeholders

Provide regulatory support for product development and compliance
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biology, Plant Pathology, or similar

2–4 years of experience in a regulatory role
-
Fluency in English and Arabic (other regional languages are a plus)

Understanding of pesticide and fertilizer laws in MEA countries

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Willingness to travel up to 20% internationally
