JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: QC Microbiology Analyst
Job Location: Bangalore
Core Purpose of the Role:
Microbiology analysis (Bioburden, MLT, Test for specified organisms, BET analysis), Chemical analysis for water samples, Environmental Monitoring, Utility Monitoring, Water sampling, Microbiology lab maintenance.
Role Accountabilities:
- Responsible for the Sample receipt of raw materials, in process, finished product, and stability samples.
- Responsible for Microbiological analysis, Bacterial Endotoxin Test, and Chemical analysis of different grades of water (PW/WFI/POW).
- Responsible for sample management and coordination with the team for the smooth operation of the sample release activity.
- Responsible for performing the Bioburden and Microbial Limit Test.
- Responsible for environmental monitoring of clean rooms in the Microbiology laboratory.
- Responsible for all microbiologically related activities like media receipt, media stock maintenance, and preparation of media.
- Monitoring and review of Temperature monitoring data records of equipment and the clean room.
- Responsible for disinfectant preparation, cleaning, and fumigation of the microbiology laboratory.
