Job Description We are seeking a QC Associate for the Quality Control – Analytical team at Dr. Reddy’s. The role involves analyzing Biosimilar/Biologics products, ensuring accuracy in documentation, maintaining lab safety, and adhering to regulatory requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform analysis for Biosimilar/Biologics products as per the planning.
- Conduct chromatography techniques such as RP-HPLC, Glycan, SEC, IEX, pep map.
- Execute method validations and biochemical analysis.
- Adhere to GMP practices, good documentation practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and cGMP guidelines.
Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: A Master’s degree in Biotechnology/BE Biotechnology/B /B Tech Biotechnology or in the Biochemistry domain.
- Work Experience: 2 to 6 years of experience in QC analytical testing of Biosimilar products.
Skills & Attributes Technical Skills:
- Proficient in SEC/RP/IEX/Peptide Mapping/Glycan analysis.
- Knowledgeable about cGMP, SOPs, and STPs.
- Expertise in handling chemical and solvent store. Behavioural Skills:
- Attention to detail, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrates ethical standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.
