Sanofi, a global healthcare leader, is seeking a Project Specialist – Medical Communications to join its Sanofi Business Operations (SBO) team based in Hyderabad, India. SBO is Sanofi’s internal service organization that centralizes support functions for the company’s Medical, Health Economics & Value Assessment (HEVA), and Commercial teams across the globe. By delivering operational excellence, SBO plays a strategic role in driving efficiency, quality, and innovation within the organization.
This full-time, permanent role is ideal for professionals with a scientific background and strong project management skills who are passionate about medical communications and wish to contribute meaningfully to global healthcare initiatives.
Location: Hyderabad, India
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time (Implied from typical Project Specialist roles)
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide project management support to scientific writers for effective project delivery.
- Initiate and amend submissions based on feedback.
- Support internal and external stakeholder communication.
- Track activities, manage issues and risks, and ensure compliance with publication processes.
- Manage publication within budget and external spend tracking.
About you
- Experience: 3-5 years post qualification.
- Soft Skills: Stakeholder management, communication, ability to work independently and in a team.
- Technical Skills: Project management, Scientific/Medical writing/communications, Pharma experience.
- Education: Graduate degree, preferably in science; advanced degree in life sciences/pharmacy desirable.
- Languages: Excellent English communication skills.
