Job Description:
The candidate will assist in microbiology experiments, including preparing culture media, handling microbial cultures, sample processing, maintaining sterile conditions, and performing basic laboratory maintenance. Duties include cleaning and sterilizing equipment, recording experimental data, organizing supplies, and supporting researchers in daily laboratory tasks.
Essential Qualifications:
Intermediate (10+2) qualification in Science (Biology stream) or SSC with relevant laboratory training. A basic understanding of microbiology lab practices, sterilization techniques, and safe handling of samples is essential. Good attention to detail, discipline in following protocols, and the ability to work in a team environment are required. Prior lab experience will be an added advantage.
