As part of our continued growth in India, we are looking to hire a passionate and skilled Product Management Executive to join our Bengaluru team.
- Position: Product Management Executive
- Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
- Department: Product Management / Sales & Marketing
- Experience Required: Minimum 3 years
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in defining product features, positioning, and providing model recommendations aligned with customer URS (User Requirement Specifications).
- Provide technical training and product support to both internal sales teams and external customers to facilitate successful adoption and use of Esco products.
- Organize seminars, webinars, and presentations to educate end users on product benefits and applications.
- Support new product launches by executing marketing strategies, participating in exhibitions, and managing promotional campaigns.
- Monitor market feedback and analyze product performance, presenting monthly sales and marketing reports with data-driven recommendations.
- Prepare detailed pre-bid documents, including accreditation and compliance documentation for tender and project submissions.
- Create, manage, and update quotations and sales documentation, ensuring accurate and timely responses to clients.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as directed by management.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, preferably in Biotechnology, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in product management.
• Proven relationship with the key business customers.
• Highly motivated professional with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and target driven.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English language
• Good communication skill
• Willing to travel across India for client meetings and product promotion.
