Position Summary:
The Officer – Microbiology is responsible for sampling and analysis of finished products. The role includes monitoring and recording daily activities in line with GDP guidelines, as well as filing and documentation of reports according to standards. This position also involves maintaining a clean, hygienic, and safe work environment. Responsibilities include performing microbial testing in accordance with USP, EP, IP, or customer guidelines, following safe operating procedures, participating in inspections and monitoring programs, and seeking personal growth opportunities.

Responsibilities Include:

Ensure calibration and maintenance of microbiology lab equipment

Perform microbial testing by USP, EP, IP, or customer guidelines

Conduct microbial testing of water, product contact surfaces, environmental samples, and raw/finished goods

Perform Microbial Limits Tests (MLT), BET, and pathogen testing
-
Validate methods for MLT, pathogens, and BET for individual products

Maintain proper filing and documentation of test reports

Ensure a clean, hygienic, and safe work environment
