Summary: Responsible for executing various Artwork Operations activities supporting the manufacturing sites to ensure quality & compliant artwork creation and implementation on time, every time, safely and efficiently with full satisfaction of our customers within the framework of regulatory compliance and operating within high standards of GMP, HSE, and good working practices.
About the Role: Location – Hyderabad #LI Hybrid Responsible for executing various Artwork Operations activities supporting the manufacturing sites to ensure quality & compliant artwork creation and implementation on time, every time, safely and efficiently with full satisfaction of our customers within the framework of regulatory compliance and operating within high standards of GMP, HSE, and good working practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Artwork Supply Chain for packaging site
- Ensure “On Time in Full” delivery of high-quality artworks
- Support various types of projects in the Novartis Artwork landscape
- Execute technical check of artworks according to manufacturing site technical parameters
- Manage Artwork implementation in the Finished Product Bills of Materials
- Proactively report all deviations and ensure implementation of relevant CAPAs
Essential Requirements:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Pharmacy or Life Sciences
- Minimum 2 years of overall Artwork Operations or related experience

- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
