Applications are invited from suitable candidates for filling up the following position at National Institute of Animal Biotechnology (NIAB), Hyderabad.
Project Title: “Deciphering Chromatin-mediated mechanisms of transcription regulation in Apicomplexan Parasite Theileria annulata” PI: Dr. Paresh Sharma.
Post Code: Project Associate – II (1 Position)
Tenable upto: One Year.
Essential Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in life sciences OR Post Graduate degree in professional course. M.V.Sc./M.Tech./MSc. Degree in Biotechnology Biochemistry / Microbiology / Immunology.
Experience: Candidate should have minimum two-year research experience preferably as JRF (eligibility criteria as per DST OM No.SR/S9/Z-05/2019 dated 10.07.2020). Candidates with prior experience in molecular biology, gene cloning, protein purification, gene editing, microscopy, Flowcytometry analysis and cell culture techniques will be preferred.
Fellowship amount: Rs. 35,000/- + HRA (if applicable) with NET or Post Graduate degree in professional course as per the DST guidelines. However Non NET candidates can also apply who will be paid Rs. 28,000/- + HRA (if applicable) as per the DST guidelines.

Candidates must fill online application form at www.niab.res.in. Candidates are advised to fill the online application form in sufficient time before the last date to avoid last minute technical issues. No need to send hard copy. Interim enquiries will not be entertained. Suitable candidates will be screened, intimated through email and interviewed by duly constituted selection committee through online mode. Original documents in support of date of birth, educational qualifications and experience certificates are required to be submitted at time of joining.
