Job Description:

• Documentation activity of CAPA, Documentation and data control, Change management system, Handling of Out of specification, Out of Trend analysis, Handling of deviation, Quality Risk assessment.
• Preparation of SOP, Protocol and Documentation
• Basic knowledge and Operation of Instrument like Autoclave, Hot air Oven, pH Meter, Balance, Laminar Air Flow (LAF), Biosafety Cabinet, Water Activity Meter, Microbial Air Sampler, BOD Incubator, Deep Freezer.
• Calibration of Balance/pH meter/Digital colony counter/Micropipette.
• Environment Monitoring of Clean Rooms.
• Microbial Limit testing of Finished Products, Raw Materials, and other materials as Per Specification.
• Culture preparation and culture handling techniques.
• Microbiological analysis of (Water-RO Water/Purified Water).
• Media Preparation Activity and media sterilization and Media Growth Promotion test (GPT).
• Sterilization of Accessories.
• Raw material sample activity.
• Basic Knowledge about the pharma guideline.
• Calibration and validation of instrument.
