Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare media as required and observe tubes and plates.
- Perform periodic microbiological tests as per SOP.
- Conduct Bacterial Endotoxin Test for products and bioburden analysis.
- Coordinate with technical department for machine-related abnormalities affecting product quality.
- Analyze water samples for BET, bioburden, and pathogens.
- Perform sterility tests for finished products and stability samples.
- Analyze water system samples after maintenance work and update stock records.
- Update procurement requirements and maintain media/reagent stock records.
- Perform gram staining and microbiological analysis of various samples.
- Record and report data related to microbiological testing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology or related field.
- Prior experience in microbiological testing and analysis.
- Familiarity with SOPs and quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
