Purpose
Scientific data and information are core assets of Lilly. Providing balanced, objective, and accurate information across the drug development lifecycle is fundamental to Lilly’s mission to be the preferred
pharmaceutical partner globally.Primary Responsibilities
- Document preparation, development, and finalization/document management
- Project and stakeholder management
- Knowledge and skills development
- Knowledge sharing
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related field

Experience in regulatory or technical scientific writing

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Completion of a writing evaluation as part of the hiring process
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate degree with a formal research component or in life sciences.
- Proven medical/scientific writing expertise
- Therapeutic area knowledge (oncology, neuroscience, immunology, etc.)
- Experience with Medical Affairs deliverables (slide decks, HCP/patient materials)
- Familiarity with clinical trial documentation and regulatory standards
- Strong project and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
