Job Description:
As the Manager, Global Product Quality Complaints Device & Digital at Bristol Myers Squibb, you will play a key role in managing complaints related to device/combination products. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Product Quality Complaints, you will act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for device/combination products complaints, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, risk management, and mitigation strategies. Your responsibilities will include delivering digital and automation solutions in line with BMS’s digital strategy, ensuring compliance with internal and global regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain knowledge of pharmaceutical/biologic quality assurance, device quality assurance, and global GMP regulations
- Act as SME for processing device and combination product complaints
- Deliver digital and automation solutions to optimize PQC processes
- Ensure quality and compliance of digital solutions with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to minimize interruptions to PQC processing
- Provide support for adverse event investigations and corrective actions
- Support PQC trending activities using business applications
- Lead quality risk management activities and participate in project teams
- Establish and generate complaint metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Conduct self-inspections and support audits and inspections
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences or related discipline
- Experience with systems such as QMS, SAP/ERP, Veeva
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills
- Experience in managing product quality complaints and understanding quality surveillance
