Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
As a Science Lab Assistant, you will:
- Assist science teachers in preparing laboratory materials and equipment for experiments.
- Set up lab apparatus and supplies before practical classes and demonstrations.
- Support teachers during lab sessions to ensure experiments run smoothly and safely.
- Maintain laboratory cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in accordance with institutional and government standards.
- Handle, catalog, and safely store chemicals, glassware, specimens, and scientific instruments as Lab Assistant.
- Monitor inventory and place requests for lab supplies as needed.
- Provide basic guidance to students on the correct and safe use of lab equipment.
- Support the setup of laboratory experiments across Physics, Chemistry, and Biology disciplines.
- Help dispose of lab waste responsibly and according to protocols.
- Ensure all safety gear, such as gloves, goggles, and first aid kits, are readily available and in good condition.
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in any science discipline – Biology, Chemistry, or Physics preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of prior experience working in academic laboratories or school science labs.
- A solid understanding of basic lab safety protocols and procedures.
- Familiarity with handling lab tools, chemicals, and glassware.
- Good organizational and documentation skills for Lab Assistant.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teachers and students.
- A proactive attitude and a keen eye for detail.
