Applications are invited from highly motivated and bright candidates for engagement of Research Associate-I (RA-I) in the research project funded by ‘DST (ASEAN), Government of India at Institute of Nano Science and Technology, Mohali.
Title of the Research Project: Unlocking the potential of DT-WO3-X nanoparticles towards NIR guided combined chemo and photo-nanotheranostics for Alzheimer’s Disease.

Qualifications:
Essential: The applicants should hold a Ph.D. degree in Life Science, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Bio-medical engineering, Nanoscience & Nanotechnology, Biosensing, Bioinformatics, and other related areas.
Desirable Experience:
Experience in Murial animal surgery and handling, Neurobiology, Nanotherapeutics, Mammalian cell culture, Molecular biology techniques, Bioinformatics.Age limit: Must not be over 35 years as of 03.06.2025. Which is relaxable for specific reserved categories as per the rules of the Government of India.
Fellowship: Rs. 58,000/- + HRA @ 8%.

Duration: Initially one year and may be extended based on performance of the candidate and availability of funds.
General Terms and Conditions:
- The position is purely temporary and on contractual basis and renewable each year subject to satisfactory performance for a maximum of two years/till the completion of the project whichever is earlier. The position is co-terminus with the project.
