About the Job
We are looking for a dedicated Patient Care Advisor to join our team in Indegene. In this role, you will be responsible for various patient engagement activities in the designated therapy area, ensuring improved health outcomes and patient adherence to the prescribed therapy.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for End-to-End engagement in the therapy area
- Counsel patients for improved health outcomes
- Report adverse events and market complaints
- Ensure patient adherence to therapy
- Manage compliance and adherence of enrolled patients
- Coordinate with stakeholders to provide patient support
- Handle patient queries and data entry in CRM tool
Operational Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop rapport with physicians
- Capture details related to Adverse Drug Reactions
- Receive feedback and undergo training
- Attend client meetings and review calls
- Have good communication skills in English and vernacular language
Requirements
- 1-8 years of experience in patient counseling
- Education in Pharma, BSc, or similar life science field
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of counseling techniques and pharmaceutical products
