Job Title: Senior Clinical Data Science Programmer
Location: Bangalore/Chennai [Hybrid Model]
About the role
As a Senior Clinical Data Science Programmer at ICON, you will be crucial in implementing and maintaining efficient standard content in data collection and delivery tools. Your responsibilities will include supporting metadata standards, enabling seamless data flow, and ensuring alignment with industry and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate closely with clinical data teams
to drive optimal adoption of standards across trials and therapeutic areas.Main Focus Areas
Data Collection: CRFs, DTAs, and Rave eDC standards
Data Delivery: SDTM, controlled terminology, and metadata mapping
Standards Development & Configuration
- Design, implement, and manage clinical data standards
- Tailor standards for specific diseases or therapeutic areas
- Ensure robust traceability and metadata lineage
Key Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Rave eDC and SAS programming
- Understanding of CDISC standards
- Experience with SAS LSAF and Pinnacle 21
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years in clinical data management or related functions
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
