Position Summary
We are hiring a Laboratory Support Coordinator to support laboratory operations, quality documentation, and compliance efforts. This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced global organization that contributes directly to clinical research outcomes in pharma, biotech, and medical devices.
Bachelor’s Life Sciences Job at ICON – Key Responsibilities

Maintain and organize lab quality records (training, CE, NYS licenses, instrument logs, CAP/NYS test schedules).

Assist the Laboratory Operations Director in monitoring lab quality processes.

Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, recording minutes, tracking inventory, and mail distribution.

Triage issues via Issue Manager and conduct data entry of results.

Handle documentation and archiving for lab operations, including referral specimen reporting and compliance.

Assist with lab projects, inventory management, and maintain quality control books and logs.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.

1–3 years of experience in a wet lab or laboratory administration environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and general office software.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Familiarity with GCP/GLP/GDP compliance standards.
