Position: Trainer L&D – ( F&B Sector )

Roles Responsibilities:

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic L&D Specialist to lead product innovation, research & development (R&D) and learning & development (L&D). This role involves conceptualizing new products, improving existing recipes, ensuring quality assurance, and designing training programs to upskill our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Learning & Development (L&D):

✔ Design and implement training programs for store teams, kitchen staff, and corporate employees.
✔ Develop product manuals and best practices for food preparation and service.
✔ Conduct quality control training to maintain consistency across all outlets.
✔ Organize workshops, upskilling sessions, and employee engagement initiatives.
✔ Drive standardization and knowledge-sharing within the organization.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Food Technology, Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in training in the F&B / FMCG / QSR industry.
• Experience in training L&D program.
• Ability to balance innovation, cost efficiency, and food safety compliance.
• Excellent communication skills.
