Job Description:
Panacea Medical Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) to join our growing clinical team. The ideal candidates will support clinical trial activities in accordance with applicable regulations and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in clinical research and contribute to the advancement of medical technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct on-site and remote clinical trial monitoring visits.
• Collect and verify clinical data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure strict adherence to clinical trial protocols, GCP standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Monitor patient safety and data integrity throughout the clinical study lifecycle.
• Assist in the preparation of trial reports and contribute to clinical publications.
• Collaborate with investigators and site staff to support trial execution.
• Ensure timely documentation and reporting of trial-related activities.
Skills and Competencies:
• Knowledge
of clinical trials, study designs, and trial phases.• Familiarity with ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong understanding of data privacy, integrity, and ethical considerations in clinical research.
• Ability to monitor and manage clinical site follow-ups effectively.
• Basic knowledge of clinical data management systems and practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and site personnel.
• Project management and time management capabilities.
