Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Understand and interpret clinical trial study protocols to design and develop calendars.
- Develop site budgets for the protocol based on clinical trial agreements and sponsor budgets.
- Design and develop case report forms for clinical trial study protocols.
- Utilize Advarra’s Clinical Trial Management Software (CTMS) and Electronic Data Capture (EDC software.
- Collaborate with the reporting manager to ensure quality criteria are met for calendars, budgets, financials, and case report forms.
- Track and complete work assignments using internal case management and reporting software.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions related to customer cases and protocols.
Location:
This role is open to candidates working remotely or hybrid in Bengaluru, India.
Basic Qualifications:
- Knowledge of clinical research methodology, regulations, and Good Clinical Practice guidelines.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office and business software.
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred: 0-1 year work experience in job areas such as Clinical trial coordinator, Clinical data management, Pharmacovigilance, or Records management.
Physical and Mental Requirements:
- Sit or stand for extended periods at a workstation.
- Regularly lift objects up to 10 lbs.
- Ability to learn and follow instructions.
- Attention to detail and focus on tasks.
- Effective verbal communication skills.
